Cancellation policy for the Holiday Package
Explore Tawang adheres to a standard universal cancellation policy to ensure complete transparency throughout your holiday/tour package booking process. In the event of cancellation, whether it be due to avoidable or unavoidable circumstances, we require notification in writing via email to tawangexplore@gmail.com and a phone call to +918119987557 or +919436825652.
Cancellation charges will be applicable starting from the date we receive written notification.
To cover our anticipated loss from booking cancellations, we have a set scale of charges that must be paid by you or any accompanying travelers:

If you cancel more than 21 Days prior to arrival, you will be charged 20% of total tour cost.

If you cancel between 21 Days and 7 Days prior to arrival, you will be charged 35% of total tour cost.

If you cancel between 7 Days and 24 Hours prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of total tour cost.

If you cancel less than 24 Hours prior to arrival, No refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy for the Taxi Bookings
If you ever need to cancel or reschedule your taxi/cab booking unexpectedly, we understand. However, due to supplier constraints and industry standards, we are required to collect the following cancellation fees.
To cover our expected losses from booking cancellations, there's a set scale of charges that you or any accompanying travelers must pay.

For cancellations done prior to 30 days or more of departure - 10% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost will be appled.

For cancellations done between 15 to 29 days of departure - 20% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost will be appled.

For cancellations done between 04 to 14 days of departure - 25% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost will be appled.

For cancellations done between 00 to 03 days of departure - 50% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost will be appled.
