General Terms and Conditions
These "Terms and Conditions" apply to all visitors or users of this Website (www.exploretawang.com). By accessing this Website, the user acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, Explore Tawang reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.
The content and information on this Website including, but not limited to, price, text, logos, designs, graphics, images, sounds, information, software, documents, products, services, and availability of travel services, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers.
Customer may take the required number of copies of the travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services booked through the Explore Tawang website for traveling purposes only. You are in agreement not to otherwise amend, copy, distribute, send out, reproduce, display, publish, perform, license, works from, transfer or sell or re-sell any information, products, or services obtained from or through the Explore Tawang website. Additionally, you agree that you will not use this website and its contents for any commercial use. You can’t access, monitor, or copy any content or information of this website using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without express written permission from Explore Tawang.
The information, software, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In particular, ExploreTawang.com does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims liability for inaccuracies relating to hotels, holiday packages, taxi services, and other product descriptions. Hotel ratings displayed on this website are intended as only general guidelines, and ExploreTawang.com and its affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. ExploreTawang.com may make improvements and/or changes on this website at any time.
The hotels, taxi service providers, and other service providers for ExploreTawang.com are independent entities and not agents or employees of ExploreTawang.com. ExploreTawang.com is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
Explore Tawang is not responsible for acts of God or force majeure events, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, weather conditions, strikes and other labor activities, acts of terrorism, acts of war (declared or undeclared), quarantines, embargoes, blockades, criminal activities, or any other act or event beyond the direct control of Explore Tawang.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, or unlawful material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
Explore Tawang assumes no liability or responsibility arising from the contents of any communications containing any defamatory, erroneous, inaccurate, libelous, obscene, or profane material. Explore Tawang may change, edit, or remove any user material or conversations that are illegal, indecent, obscene, or offensive, or that violates Explore Tawang’s policies in any way.
Explore Tawang will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Explore Tawang to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.
All holiday package rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and we will provide an even better option, and the additional cost will be borne by us. In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded to you without deducting any service charge, and this needs to be communicated to us within one day after receiving the new hotel list.
There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern. Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. Explore Tawang does not have any hidden charges except your meals not included in the itinerary and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, please inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
General Terms and Conditions
1. A person is eligible to claim a refund only if they have booked the holiday package from Explore Tawang (Tawang Travels). From here onwards Explore Tawang (Tawang Travels) is referred to as "we" or "us," and holiday package is referred to as the package.
2. The criteria for a refund are that if a person has booked a package with us and found the exact same package with a lower price from another tour operator, they are eligible to claim a refund of 100% of the difference between the total costs of the package.
3. Requests for a refund will not be entertained after the tour ending date.
4. In case the person has not booked a package yet and found the exact same package with a lower price from another tour operator and still wants to book the package from us, then they are eligible to claim a discount of 100% of the difference between the total costs of the package.
5. The following criteria will determine if the two packages, one from us and another one from another tour provider, are exactly the same:
5.1. The person claiming the refund or discount must submit the original package file, which they claim to have offered a lower price. The quotation of price, inclusions, and exclusions must be clearly indicated in that package file.
5.2. The tour operator offering a lower cost must be operating from India.
5.3. The tour operator offering a lower cost must have valid registration with the tourism department of the concerned state/territory.
5.4. The package should have the exact same itinerary, same hotels with the same number of nights, same room types in the hotels, and the same vehicle types.
5.5. The inclusions and exclusions should match in both packages.
